MINI-ROADTRIP: GETTING LOST
Ah it feels good to sit down and write. We went for a drive yesterday just to get out of the city and breathe. Those drives are like mini road trips for my soul. I seriously don't know how we ever left colorado. It's definitely a part of me in many ways. There is nothing more majestic , stunning or spiritual than those moments in the mountains. I hear Gods voice stronger I come back more inspired I feel whole. While in Chicago we watched a documentary called finding Patagonia. It was so inspiring how they live there lives. So many different stories all intertwined. This year I have a goal to summit at least 6 of colorado 14ers. The experience you go through pushing yourself to conquer the elevation is the most challenging rewarding experience. I'm definitely an old soul living in Newer time. I crave to preserve moments around me more than ever. If my eyes were only a camera and my heart full of memories because I never want to let this beauty go.
On another note. I have no clue where we went yesterday. We just took a road west and went. I love getting lost and finding new spaces.
