Kicking off round two of home making with this awesome Turmeric Tea. Turmeric is a lot like coconut oil you can use it in everything and for multiple health benefits. I've been having problems sleeping lately so I have started to make this tea before bed .  I didn't like this tea the first time I made it so I added a little bit more of the ginger and it tasted just like chai, that is when I get addicted and slept better.

11/2 cup Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger ( I recommend using more if you are a ginger fan)
1 teaspoon honey
I also add 1/4 teaspoon Maca Powder

My favorite benefit of Turmeric is that it can replace any kind of Advil. Turmeric reduces inflammation in the body naturally and helps heal a long list of diseases. You can buy it in pill form here or just get in powder organic powder form.

I wrote this last week and I'm kicking myself for not bringing these spices with me to GA. I've been awake for so many days/hours my eyes are bugging out. It is quite the site to see....
