K-1-2You guys, Fully Raw Sandwiches are the best thing that has ever happened to me! I don't know if I have ever been more excited about dinner than I was this night. I had came home from business meeting and my crackers were done dehydrating and Austin and I went to town.

Earlier that morning  I made [Cheezy Raw Crackers] and used them for sandwiches. I think they will become a staple in our house because of how fast we ate them. They are also insanely easy and fast to make. The only time consuming thing is dehydrating. You can also dehydrate in an oven so don't feel discouraged if you don't have a dehydrator! Also you can buy Raw Crackers online if you don't want to go through the trouble of making them. Here is a link one. two

For the lemon basil hemp seed mayonnaise

In a blender combine:
1 small zucchini
2 table spoons hemp seed
Handful of basil
Juice of a whole lemon
1 clove of garlic.
1/2 avocado

then the best part!  Build your sandwich. spread on your mayonnaise you just made and then add your favorite veggies! We used sliced cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and sprouts! ( sprouts are the best part) These are completely guilt free! I ate them from breakfast, lunch and dinner!

These crackers had raw onion, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in them. Half I added spice to and half I added rosemary.

The Cheese dip is super easy & delicious!

2 Cups Cashews Soaked for a few hours. Rinsed/drained.
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4-6  fresh basil leaves
Himalayan pink salt/ground pepper to taste.

Blend all together. and you will be in love. You can make this dip for a party and even use regular store bought crackers. The best part is that the dip is raw so again you can eat as much as it without feeling bloated or gross afterwards.

Next week I'm going to make Raw Pizza and I have a feeling it might top all of these!
